Once you've decided to book one of the Easi-Apartments represented on this website for your holiday, you can email us directly and we can arrange the booking for you.

In this instance your deposit and balance will still be payable directly to the owner, but you would have only one point of contact for all the arrangements.All the owners represented here are personal friends of Easi-apartments.

Cleaning/security deposits are taken in various ways. If you book through AirBnB or Homeaway/Abritel then they are taken through the website. If booking privately they are taken at the point of arrival. For British guests the deposits are required in cash. They are taken on arrival and held for the duration of your stay. Providing the apartments are left in the same condtion in which they are found, the deposit will be refunded in full. There is no option to pay for cleaning.

Arrivals at Easi-apartments should normally be between 15.00 and 21.00 on the day or arrival, but in some cases it may be possible to arrange an earlier arrival. This will depend entirely on the time the previous guests leave, and the time we need to prepare the apartment after their departure. We will meet you at the apartment to show you in and make sure you are happy with everything. There is a checklist to complete on arrival to ensure clarity. In the case of very late arrivals (after 21.00 and before midnight) there will be an additional charge of €60 for unsocial hours. Arrivals after midnight are not normally acceptable unless by prior discussion and acceptance. Naturally you would be able to contact us by mobile phone if you were unavoidably detained.

Departures will normally be betwen 07.30 and 10.00, and we will come to see you out and will inspect the apartment in your presence before refunding your deposit. Deposits will be refunded in full providing the apartment is left as it is found. Your arrival checklist will be used for this. Departures betwen 06.00 and 07.30 will incur an additional charge of €60 for unsocial hours. Departures before 06.00 will not be supervised and your deposit will be refunded at our discretion by bank transfer, less the cost of the transfer.

In all cases we will contact you by email, generally about a week before you arrive to arrange times and also bedlinen hire. The cost of linen hire is €10 per person per pack. For stays of longer than one week, individual arrangements will be made regarding changes of linen during your stay. You can also rent towel packs if desired which consist of 1 x bath, and 1 x hand towel. The cost of these is also €5 per person per pack, although we recommend you bring your own towels.

We will do everything in our power to make your holiday a great experience, but please note: we cannot control the weather!!

COVID-19 : Extra cleaning and disinfection of the apartments will be completed before your arrival, hand disinfectant, disinfectant wipes will also be provided in addition to the normal supplies. All alezes, pillow covers, shower curtains, and bath mats will also be removed and washed each time. Matresses and duvets along with walls, toilet etc will be cleaned with a steam cleaner.
